Villa Magica sits nestled on the shores of Lake Como, just 3km from the city of Olmo. Spread across four floors and connected by an internal lift, Villa Magica offers a tranquil retreat.

The ground floor features a spacious living area, which includes a well-equipped kitchen, a bright dining room with Bluetooth speakers, and a wine cellar. There’s also a dedicated office/study area for remote work. The living area seamlessly flows into the garden, where you’ll find an outdoor dining space, an infinity pool, and a hydromassage corner.

On the top floor, you’ll find the sleeping quarters, comprising a master bedroom with breathtaking views of the lake and city, a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double, and another double bedroom with views of the lush green surroundings. Completing the top-floor amenities are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

The lower floor is home to a sauna, accompanied by a double shower and a bathroom. Additionally, there’s a bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a double) and an en-suite bathroom on this floor.
