One of the most luxurious villas in Sicily. The Magic Garden is exquisitely peaceful in a stunning setting, between the sea and Mount Etna and has been compared to having your own 5-star hotel. The Magic Garden comprises a stately villa and a beautifully restored equally luxurious guesthouse.

As you enter the villa an impressive entrance hall greets you with high vaulted ceilings and a decorative water feature. A few steps lead up to a wide corridor, culminating in the heart of the house, an inviting open space graced by a magnificent fireplace. On the left, a gentle descent reveals a warmly adorned dining area, thoughtfully positioned adjacent to the kitchen where your culinary needs will be expertly tended to by a chef.

To the right of this, a few more steps lead you to you a generously proportioned, exquisitely furnished living space. Sink-in sofas and comfortable armchairs gather around a deep-seated fireplace on one side, while to the other is a second sitting area with TV. Distinguished grey lava stone floors contrast against vibrant kilim rugs; the white walls and soaring vaulted ceilings showcase an array of art pieces and paintings; the furnishings embody an aesthetic of effortless elegance, and expansive glazed doors seamlessly extend to the encircling terraces and gardens. The ambiance harmoniously blends refinement, casual ease, warm hospitality, and luminosity, all characteristics that define The Magic Garden.

An entrance beside this first living area leads into a second, even more capacious communal space. Furnished with three substantial white sofas and boasting another grand fireplace, this opulent room is a testament to the owners discerning taste, evident in the eclectic artwork, furnishings, and treasures amassed from a lifetime of global travel.

The bedrooms within the villa are dispersed across two wings.

In the west wing, accessible via a staircase near the entrance hall corridor, there are four bedrooms, each distinguished by its own name.

The eastern wing, accessible from the initial living area, houses an additional 4 bedrooms.

The remaining accommodation is within the luxuriously renovated guesthouse that mirrors the refinement, elegance and overall style of the villa. Positioned just a short stroll through the gardens from the villa the main entrance leads into an airy, inviting living space with a fireplace. Whitewashed wood-beamed ceilings offset the colorful walls and the kilim-covered terracotta floors, with views of the gardens and the sea.  A broad hallway lined with windows overlooking the terraces and gardens extends from this area to four bedrooms.

The enchanting gardens captivate with their vivid colors and delightful design, drawing inspiration from the Arabic belief that gardens should evoke delight and wonder. Expansive terracotta terraces radiate in various directions, each thoughtfully furnished for relaxation or stylish dining. Lava stone steps wind past meticulously maintained lawns, a petite olive grove, fragrant Mediterranean blooms, and an eclectic array of mature trees, ultimately leading to the panoramic Jacuzzi and the invitingly heatable pool, encircled by flourishing, lush greenery.

The vistas from the gardens to the sea remain unobstructed, accentuated by vast stretches of citrus groves. Simultaneously, in the opposite direction, the awe-inspiring presence of Mount Etna commands your attention. Collectively, this property stands as one of the most remarkable destinations in Sicily.

The bedrooms within the villa are arranged across two wings. In the west wing, accessible via a staircase near the entrance hall corridor, there are four bedrooms, each distinguished by its unique appellation and character:

  • Riccardo, a deluxe dual-aspect double-twin room featuring vistas of both the sea and Mount Etna, a sweeping balcony affording panoramic views, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in shower.

  • Terrazzo, a deluxe double-twin room with a private panoramic terrace overlooking the gardens and sea, complemented by a lavish bathroom inclusive of a tub and standalone shower.

  • Ambra, a deluxe double-twin, with an en-suite bathroom that features a capacious walk-in shower.

  • Etna, a classic double-twin bedroom graced by splendid views of the local moniker for Mount Etna – “A Muntagna,” and accompanied by an en-suite bathroom equipped with a tub and stand-alone shower.

The eastern wing, accessible from the initial living area, houses an additional quartet of bedrooms:

  • A short descent leads to Archi, a generously sized deluxe double chamber showcasing an alcove sleeping space, an en-suite bathroom appointed with a tub and separate shower, and a shaded terrace that opens up to the gardens.

  • On the first floor, Baldacchino features a deluxe double room, adorned with a romantic four-poster bed, a balcony offering breathtaking garden and sea vistas, and an expansive en-suite bathroom featuring a tub and standalone shower.

  • Verde and Arancio, classic double-twin rooms, each boast en-suite shower facilities.

The remaining four bedrooms are in a luxuriously refurbished guesthouse that mirrors the refinement, elegance and overall style of the villa.
