This traditional Piedmont country house with its refurbished terracotta floors, frescoed walls and ceilings is located on the northern edge of the Po valley where the land starts to form rolling hills, immersed in nature and affording both independence and privacy.

The villa is tastefully decorated and pays respect to its opulent past. It features restored furniture from the 18th century, refurbished wooden boards and terracotta floors and frescoed and vaulted ceilings. Floral themes provide a sense of continuum between the interiors and the exteriors.  The history of the villa, and its owners, are silently explained through the paintings, photos, horse-riding prizes and small décor objects which can be found in the spacious salons on the ground floor.  Locally sourced traditional materials have been used including Carrara marble in the bathrooms, locally sourced wood and terracotta. A contemporary addition was the conversion of a wing of the building into an event-dedicated space with a professional kitchen and to build a swimming pool plus modern comforts such as wireless internet and smart devices.

Outside, there are furnished alfresco areas, a swimming pool, an air-conditioned porch and the stable owned by an Olympic equestrian athlete, all surrounded by the property park. The road to reach the property does not present particular difficulties and is suitable for any type of car. There are 50 metres to reach the house from the parking spot and one stair to get to the main door of the property, which features 3 levels plus a mezzanine area. The swimming pool can be accessed without stairs. The peaceful and serene surroundings of this property make it perfect for guests who love privacy, nature and relaxation. A car is recommended to enjoy this property.
