Palazzo Como has been built on an inlet of Lake Como surrounded by lush vegetation and nestled into the rock. Close to the Villa, there is a 70-metre waterfall where the stream of Colorée Valley meets Lake Como.

The building is anchored to the rock, from the bottom of the lake, the upstream and front side.

The loggia separates the main floor into two separate parts hosting two large halls, the reception,  billiard room, dining room and kitchen. At the centre of the courtyard stands a statue representing Neptune holding a trident. Palazzo Como has two elegant ballrooms plus a billiard room, creating the perfect place for bringing groups together in a fun environment.

In front of the loggia beyond the court, the rock face outlets the intermittent spring whose water flows through Palazzo Como and then opens out into the lake through the arcade placed on the facade of the villa.

A carved, spiral wooden staircase leads from the ground floor to the upper-floor suites. There is also an elevator that connects all levels to the parking lot.

The Spa

The new spa is located on a terrace above the garden and occupies a dedicated building.

The infinity pool gives the illusion of swimming in the middle of the lake.

The Wellness Centre has a sauna, steam bath and emotional showers with comfortable locker rooms.
