Thick stone walls, terracotta tiled floors, exposed oak wooden beams and a designed fireplace. Minimalist Marche is a five-bedroom house located in a panoramic position in the countryside near the mediaeval town of Treia offering both privacy and independence.

Close to some evocative small villages characterised by narrow streets, the house is tastefully decorated with new furniture and modern comforts such as wireless internet, floor cooling and heating system in the whole house and outstanding views. Outside, there’s a cotto terrace with a barbecue and an infinity swimming pool. Originally a 1700 farmhouse it has been recently renovated with a contemporary anti-seismic architecture concept. The interiors include a spacious living room, a dining area with garden vistas, a professionally equipped kitchen and a gym.

The design has been thought through with research on its history, resulting in a minimalist style with washed wooden boards while wood-beamed ceilings lend a rustic feel to the interiors. Elements of classic Italian residential architecture, such as the wall exposed in rocks and bricks, are combined with contemporary touches, including steel in the kitchen and resin floors. Trendy yet very comfortable, this is a chic retreat full of light and a welcoming vibe, blending traditional and modern Italian architecture.

Your Italian experience starts in your villa. There is an alfresco area where you can read, listen to music or enjoy an aperitif in the warm light of the sunset. Around the property, there are several walking paths and it is possible to set up a massage or fitness area with Yoga and Pilates teachers in the area adjacent to the pool. We recommend a chef for the evening for an indelible memory of all-Italian joy and taste.

The serene surroundings of Minimalist Marche make it a great fit for guests who want to be immersed in nature. Conveniently located between Urbino and Ancona, the Marche region has great energy that comes from mixing history and cultures. As well as restaurants, shopping and nearby nature this is a culturally rich area this is in terms of museums, architecture, and art. Several close-by restaurants and trattorias serve organic, local cuisine. Renting a car is highly recommended.
