Set meters from a characteristic rocky beach, to which it has private access, this two-level home boasts panoramic views of the small islands of Levanzo and Marettimo, and it’s located only a thousand metres from the famous Cala Rotonda beach.

GROUND FLOOR

This designer kitchenette is set in front of the sea view windows and features modern appliance with electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and American coffee and espresso maker. It features all the professional tools for cooking, including professional pots and trays. The kitchen has direct access to the alfresco terraces and is suitable for aperitives or a more intimate breakfast seating a table of 4, while the rest of the family or friends use the second and larger kitchen on the underground floor. This second well-equipped kitchen has a table for 8 people, with direct access to the alfresco patio.

BEDROOMS

There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both have queen beds and ensuite shower rooms. Bedroom 2, has access to a sea view terrace.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

The remaining four bedrooms are on the lower ground floor:

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with an ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 4 is a double with a king sized bed, ensuite shower and private sea view veranda.

Bedroom 5 is similar to bedroom 3 being a twin room with an ensuite shower.

Bedroom 6 is a double with a king sized bed and ensuite shower.

OUTSIDE

The villa is suitable for children, the outside garden is protected with a stone fence and there is a metal gate before getting to the rocky shore.

“Cala” is the Italian word used to describe a rocky beach bejewelled on the coastline protecting a portion of the sea – creating real natural swimming pool like environment with crystal water and placid waves.
